Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges right now. You can return your item to us for a refund, and then place a new order if you choose. 

Return Policy

If things didn't work out for you, you get 5 days to return your items starting from the day you receive your order.

Here's the fine print. All original tags must be attached. For hygiene reasons, pierced jewelry is non-refundable, and we ask that you keep the seal intact on swimwear.

Received an incorrect or faulty item? We are so sorry to hear that, please contact us via email right away for further details so we can fix the situation.

Refunds and Processing

Refunds will be processed within approximately up to 7 business days (excluding weekends and bank holidays) after we receive your return.

Once receiving your return we will check the item(s). Once our checks are complete we’ll refund your credit/debit card. The funds should appear on your bank statement within 3-5 working days (how long depends on your card issuer).

At this time shipping is not refundable. 

We’ll make sure to keep you updated and send you an email as soon as your parcel arrives back at our office, and again when we have processed your refund.

All returns are quality checked – items should be returned in a new and unused condition with labels attached and wherever possible sent back in the original packaging. Refunds will not be given if they do not comply with our returns policy.
